VALEO Starter-New. Original Equipment starter for 1988-1995 models. Also retrofits BOSCH 9-tooth starter on 1977-1987 applications.  This is an oem replacement starter. Power Rating: 1.2 Kw cranking torque @ 270 amps Technical Specification and Information: 9-Tooth Drive Gear Pinion for use with 111-Tooth Ring Gear. 1.2 KiloWatt Rating @ 270 Amperage Draw. This starter is application-designed for small batteries. Features a low-voltage solenoid pull-in” requirement. Will operate where other Japanese conversion starters will not due to the Denso gear-reduction starter&#39s design having a large solenoid with sliding drive-gear assembly designed for automotive applications with large battery reserves.
